Please see attached the letter with regards to this year's annual flu vaccinations and when the sessions will take place in school for Reception to Year 6 children. On the letter there is a link and an individual school code which will lead parents to a form to complete to consent or refuse the vaccination. Access to the link will close 1 week before the session. If you have any problems or questions please contact the School Aged Immunisation Service via the information on the letter.
