December has arrived and it's all started!! Look below and you can see what we've been getting up to.
Saturday 1st December: Fourteen children from Year 2 joined The West Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra at Morley Town Hall. They were absolute stars!!
Sunday 2nd December: Forty eight Key Stage 2 children sang at Tingley Methodist Church Chrismon Service. The Church was packed and we sang our hearts out.
Tuesday 4th December: Here are seven of our Year 5 and Year 6 children. We joined a choir of 350 to sing at the Leeds Schools Music Association Carol Concert at Leeds Town Hall. The atmosphere was electric. Hard work but worth it!!
Thursday 6th December: Twelve of our Year 4, 5 and 6 girls performed at Leeds Town Hall in a Dazl Dance Concert. Here we are warming up, in the dressing room, on stage and performing at school the next day.
Everyone had a great time.
Christmas Dinner was a great success. Nearly all the school tucked in. we all went crackers!
Year 3 made some lovely Christingles and discussed the meaning of the symbols.
