Take a look at each class as they share work with us all.
Year 2 were first to share work with us. They had been studying a contrasting locality and used the 'Katie Morag' stories to help them. Their sound effects of a storm were wonderful!! Life on the Isle of Struay sounds lovely.
Year 3 told us all about Chinese New Year with the story of how the years got their names. They finished off with everyone playing the recorder.
Year 6 had a great time in DT making moving fairground rides. With very graphic descriptions and working models we certainly got an idea of what it would be like to ride on one.
Year 4 took us back to Viking times. They even made their own longboat. With authentic costumes and artefacts we could see how people lived long ago.
We have some budding artists and actors in Reception. What a lovely assembly. We really enjoyed all the Nursery Rhymes.
Another lovely assembly from Year 1. Art, Science and Literacy to name but a few subjects covered. The children could even say the place name of a very long town in Wales.
Year 5 finished it all off with an assembly about 'Good to be me'. It made us appreciate the good things in our lives.
